Bold &
Brilliant
A women's vocal empowerment class for vocal coaches with adhd
Transform how you show up
— on stage, in life, and everywhere you want to be heard.
Step Into Your Power. Own Your Voice.
Hey, Beautiful ADHD Vocal Coach.
It’s Time to Prioritize YOUR Voice!
As ADHD women, we’re used to doing it all in a world that wasn't designed for us — balancing recitals, students, business, and caretaking. You’re constantly empowering others’ voices, but when was the last time you empowered your own?
Even as an experienced singer and coach, it’s easy to feel like your voice doesn’t always reach the world. You guide others to vocal breakthroughs, but where’s your chance to break free? In this class, you’ll have a safe, playful space to experiment, push boundaries, and rediscover what makes your voice powerful.
This class is your vocal playground—where mistakes are part of the fun and you can embrace your voice without the pressure of perfection. It’s about more than just singing—it’s about taking up space, owning your voice, and letting yourself be fully heard.
You already empower others. Now it’s your turn. Step into your power, embrace your voice, and watch how this class transforms how you show up—on stage, in life, and everywhere you want to be heard.

Empower Yourself as an ADHD Vocal Coach: Go beyond technique with insights specifically tailored for ADHD vocal coaches balancing the demands of running a business, teaching, and empowering others.

Reclaim Your Voice & Creative Flow: Break down barriers, rewrite the narratives that have held you back, and explore how ADHD impacts your voice—all while keeping things light, fun, and free from the pressure of perfection.
-
Navigate Holiday Chaos with Ease: Learn tools to manage stress and create joy, helping you find balance during the busiest time of year when everything seems to pull at you.
-
Build Nervous System Awareness & Vocal Freedom: Shift from stress to ease and learn to sing from a place of calm, connection, and confidence—freeing your voice to shine.
-
Find Community & Pure Vocal Joy: Join a supportive, judgment-free group of fellow ADHD vocal coaches where we’ll laugh, sing, and rediscover the powerful joy of using your voice without fear.
By the end, you’ll feel more confident, more balanced, and more connected to your authentic voice — both on stage and in life.

Hey there, fellow busy woman with ADHD—I get it. With the holidays approaching, the overwhelm of recitals, students, running a business, and caring for loved ones can feel especially heavy.
(Damn...we sure hold a lot.....I'm exhausted just writing about it!)
For us, it’s more than just the “most wonderful time of the year”… it’s simply the “MOST.”

How this Class will Work:
From My Voice to Yours
I’m Dana Lewis—a trauma-informed vocal coach, educator, performer, and a proud neurodivergent woman. For over 20 years, I’ve helped people find their voice and take up space, unapologetically.
My journey wasn’t easy—like many of you, I’ve felt misunderstood and silenced. Singing and reflection helped me reclaim my power and realize I didn’t need permission to be heard—my voice was enough. By unleashing my authentic voice, I learned my neurodivergence wasn’t something to fix, but to embrace. Now, my greatest joy is helping others do the same.
In addition to my vocal pedagogy training, I earned a Master’s in Special Education to reimagine how we can celebrate neurodivergent minds rather than shaming them. With years of experience as both an educator and vocal coach, I’m uniquely qualified to help neurodiverse singers connect with their strengths and express their true voice.

In my classes, we embrace the fun, the messy, the just-barely-holding-it-together, and everything in between. I offer a personalized approach to teaching that meets you where you are, helping you:
-
Unlock your unique vocal power
-
Build confidence
-
Find joy in expressing your true self—both on and off the stage
It’s a beautiful act of rebellion to prioritize your voice, your goals, and your needs—and I’m here to guide you on that journey, with compassion, boldness, and joy.
